My Weekly Dispatch

Time to catch up on what's been happening this past week, and see what's coming up.

Hello Reader, it's Sunday and that must mean catch-up time! I've still got my cough and generally feeling like poop, so there's that.

My second week of walking for my Wales Coast Road and I made it to Beaumaris and Caernarfon. I'm now heading to Aberdesach Beach but I have 12km to go before I get there. I also reached the 20% mark which means I have stopped 10 plastic bottles from entering the ocean. I'm happy with that. 💙

So, what has happened since last we spoke? Let me tell you...

The manuscript has gone off to my CP and Editor! Oh my, but this bit is always nerve-wracking. I am split in two because I want to hear their thoughts, but at the same time, am terrified to hear their thoughts!!!

There will be a cover reveal coming soon, so keep your eyes open. 💙

And once again, no #FamilyMovieNight! Mr Shep and I went to a birthday grill in the nearby town of Kronberg. This was for one of my colleagues at work. It was lovely seeing her outside of work, and everyone had fun.

The Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, New York Public Library, New York

Although there are many branches of the New York Public Library, the Stephen A. Schwarzman Building is also known as the Main Branch, nestled on Fifth Ave, near Bryant Park. The building is perhaps most famous for its intricate, marble facade and lion statues that stand guard at the base of the steps.

What are you up to? Do you have any special plans or events coming up? Let me know if you fancy sharing.

Don't forget to check the book below - another new release from the #FaRo Authors! Until next week...

Take care and have fun! 💙

Hiding from the fae isn’t an option anymore.

Folly is a fortuneteller, according to the sign outside his tent. Actually, he’s a nervous wreck and a total fraud. His golden eye might be magical, but Folly doesn’t see the future. He sees the fae: dangerous, beautiful creatures lurking in the shadows between realms. Avoiding the fae keeps Folly safe—

Until a misfired curse binds him to one.

Yarrow is a wild fae. Half fae, half other, and all seductive confidence. He’s on a quest to slay a monster and earn his place in the summer court. An easy task for a warrior like Yarrow.

Not so easy when the monster’s curse tethers him to a terrified human.

It's been 3 weeks now and I've had enough. If you have any tips for sleeping through the night when you've got a stupid cough, feel free to let me know what they are! My third week had me arriving at Aberdesach Beach on the 19th, and reaching the 40% marker yesterday, saving the ocean from another 10 plastic bottles! 💙 So, what has...

My Weekly Dispatch Time to catch up on what's been happening this past week, and see what's coming up. Hello Reader, sorry the newsletter is late. I appear to have come down with ANOTHER cough!!! This one seems to have affected the majority of the population though. Honestly, you can tell I'm working at a kindergarten. I hope my immune system kicks in by autumn or it will be just one long cough and cold-fest. The weather is still nice though - sunny and not too warm, with rainy days too. My...
